Craig v. Boren was a case about how in 1972, in the state of Oklahoma, beer with an alcohol level of 3.2% could be bought by women at age of eighteen and men at age twenty-one. In 1976 ,Curtis Craig, a male at the time who was between the ages of eighteen and twenty-one, and a licensed vendor challenged the law as discriminatory.
